Our “company” goes online

The Honest Thief web site is on the Internet. For the time being the site could only be accessed with a password. This made it possible to tease a few reporters to see how they would respond to the story. The idea being that we wanted a great start from day one. If a major paper would publish our story it would be much easier to keep going. We deliberately added a little glitch. There was a thumbnail link to the web site of our first client “Dutch Pirates” on there. Upon selecting the thumbnail it would bring you to an empty page. We had hoped that a reporter might see this and claim it as a discovery, something they were actually not supposed to see. This idea didn’t work. None of the reporters picked it up.
