Professional help with the PR

A PR campaign would have to be carried out professionally, preferably by an organization based in the USA. Pieter contacted Steven Phenix from the Alliant Group based in Austin Texas. Steven did not know that the file-sharing venture was not for real. Steven knew about the book but all the information from Pieter was aimed at the company launch of the Honest Thief file-sharing venture.
